Got a small chips for $5 the Chips where nice could do with a bit more saltPineapple fritter was very oily and way too much batter on them could not eat it worst pineapple fritter I have ever had . And how thin the pineapple was u could hardly find it with all the batter was not worth $1.80 was binned which was a shameStaff were nice .

We enjoyed our lunch at Red Dolphin on ANZAC day. Even though it was busy they were getting the orders out quickly and the lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful.The food was yum and we enjoyed our garden salads which had good variety in them. The chips were great too and had some nice crunchy ones. Will definitely eat here again

Been a family favourite when we visit from out west for many years. Busy most of the time, but food and pricing is usually pretty good, and worth the wait. Right on the water - views across to the bay islands - with amenities right there.

Best place. Food is absolutely delicious great price beautiful view. Friendly fast service yummy food. Calamari is to die for hot fresh and cook beautifully. Been there 4 times in last 3 years and look forward to every trip just to have lunch by the sea.

I have only been here in the mornings/brunch (bacon and egg burger, chips and a coffee or something) and the morning staff have always been very nice and super friendly. I was surprised to read the negative reviews about the staff because I actually go back because they’re so friendly. Food is fine if you are just expecting a takeaway, because that’s what it is, but please start salting chips properly. It’s always a couple of chips drenched in salt and the rest are salt-less. Every time. Pop the chips in a bowl, salt and shake around, then serve. It makes such a difference and there’s nothing more disappointing than craving some good hot chips only to end up gnawing on oily potato.

Hi, this was the second time we went here to check consistency. Waited 50 minutes mainly due to an apparent disorganised kitchen. The chips were inedible and the battered sav batter was not cooked. The cod was ok but very thinly cut fillet somehow. We aren't local so won't be going back.

Typical basic fish and chips done well. Our fish was crumbed and cooked perfectly. Chips were high standard. Not much juice in the lemons though! It gets busy on weekends but they have an efficient system. Some great places to eat them just across the road.
