First drive down town after just arriving in Carnarvon our car suddenly started to shudder and lost power. After speaking with Roger and his team and trying everyone else recommended he agreed to do a diagnostic the following day. Once diagnosed he found time in the busy schedule to fit it in and replace the faulty injector. Back on the road again after an extended stay and very happy. Thanks to all the staff for all the help, very much appreciated!

I don't know where to start I had an issue with my A/c that was a result from another dealer however even calling a day before notice and describing the situation they managed to fit me in and all fixed within less than than an hour I really can't recommend not only this dealership however the people that work there aswell I wish I could give more stars as my gratitude goes way beyond that.

Doing our half trip around AUS my car was due for a service. Called Carnarvon Toyota and spoke to Zac and he managed to squeezed me in at short notice. I was extremely GRATEFUL and they did a FANTASTIC job! Would definitely highly recommend Carnarvon Toyota if you are in the top end of WA heading towards the Pilbara/Kimberly. Staff were FANTASTIC!

While caravaning we had our older model Lexus repaired. The people at Carnarvon Toyota couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating in aquiring the parts, arranging a booking and transporting us to and fro. Perfect job at a very fair price.Highly recommend.

A grade service team both in the workshop and the office. We had a fuel injector issue that the team identified and provided advice on, they went above and beyond to provide us with a way forward. I recently broke down 32km's out of Carnarvon on a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately I put petrol in my Diesel. Travis dropped everything and opened up Toyota for me to receive my car. Very first thing Monday he made me a priority and got my car back on the road. Before lunchtime on Monday I was travelling to Port Hedland. I cannot thank the Whole Team enough at Carnarvon Toyota. Amazing Service!!!

Can't thank Zac and the fellas enough drove down from karratha to go for a surf halfway down fuel filter light comes on (after only just been serviced) the boys got it sorted straight away can't recommend them enough good old fashioned service will definitely be back

We were travelling from Kalbarri to Coral Bay and ran into some problems with my DPF system in my Fortuner. Got there at closing time and Travis spent an hour sorting it out for me. He didn't charge me and wouldn't take anything I offered. Ended up leaving $50 for a carton, which I'm hoping he's enjoying!Absolute legend!!!
