A cat was inside a house and being fed by friends when the owner went on holiday. All good until the front door lock died. No access. Richard managed to unlock the door. He was careful to get the owner's permission before fixing the lock. A difficult situation resolved. Thank you to Richards Lock N Safe.

Most dissatisfied with the service . Left a lock at there shop to have a key cut to suit . Said it would be ready Tuesday afternoon . Said I would be back to pick it up Wednesday morning . Went in it was not ready told it was the next job . went back an hour later still not started . Went away with lock and no keys after waiting nearly 2 1/2 days . Will never use there services again . Poor customer service .

Helped us out when our key broke in the ignition of our van on a Friday evening. All other locksmiths told us we'd have to wait until Monday, but Richard and team stayed late on Friday to get the broken key out and make us a new key. They were extremely friendly, genuine, and hard-working. Highly recommended!

Very accomodating to my time schedule, free home quote , now i have MASTER KEY system, 1 key suits all 5 locks. Awesome. Upgraded to heavy duty industrial dead locks. Charged $200 under original quote. Would recommend them to all my family and friends. Friendly, information provided & all questions answered professionally.Trustworthy. I left technician alone to finish job while i attended a prior appointment. Job was almost completed when i returned. No fuss.

We had to have a new keycard for our Renault coded but couldn't find anyone to do it where we live on the southern Eyre Peninsula. Locksmiths in Adelaide just gave us the runaround and wanted too much to do the job. We finally contacted Richards. They did the job in half an hour. Their service was highly professional and friendly. They also provided understandable information and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the result. If you need a good, honest locksmith on Eyre Peninsula we could't recommend them higher.
