No clue what they are doing when it comes to the future longevity of the company, completely clueless, will collapse eventually.

I have been extremely unhappy with my experiences in dealing with TCT. They have been inflexible, unhelpful and a financial drain through choosing not to end a contract despite the fact that what they are providing does not do what the original sales rep told me it does. This resulted in me paying for something that I can't use for 15 months.It would cost them nothing to close the contract, they have made a good chunk of money considering they have provided me nothing in exchange, but they instead choose to say it's my fault.So if you deal with them get everything in writing or you may find yourself in trouble. Should I have signed the contract? No, probably not but I was really flat out and just didn't have the time needed to fully verify everything the rep said, so yes that was silly of me.But they have not been any help and it ends up with something along the lines of sorry if our rep misinformed you but you have signed a contract and unless you have it in writing...". But now I will dig through my email and see if I have what he said in writing to provide them
