Just poor staff. Got there 802pm Thursday night, only to be told that they were closed, website lists trading hours 9am till 9pm. Staff are arrogant. Buy games on line.

Rubbish sales person. Unfriendly and when asked about a product they didn't even bother to look or ask their co worker and just replied with uh I don't think we have that" but as soon as I walked out the store I saw it just sitting at the display cabinet."

Fantastic staff and service. I was made to feel that I mattered as a customer. They went out of their way to assist me and made a call to another Games World store in search of the item they did not have in their store.Totally impressed with my experience!Thanks Game World!!

I went to look at prices of replica V8 Supercars and mentioned that a particular limited edition Jamie Wincup Red Dust Falcon was $100 at two other stores and the sales assistant was unaware that it had been reduced. I was immediately given the replica at that price. The limited versions with special livery are normally $300 or more. I was extremely impressed with the service that I received.

This shop is selling fake card games from China. The manager refused to offer an unconditional refund and insisted that the cards are genuine (even though there are numerous obvious indicators that they're counterfeit). I have reported their illegal practices to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
