went to the midland branch today.wednesday 19 october around lunch time.have had pleasant experiences until today.ghe girl went out of her way to be unhelpful with her airs and graces.will be moving to a different bank if she continues to be in the branch.and shes been with p and n for 5 years.what are they thinking

Since p&n have moved into Midland Gate the service has fallen off. It is always a waiting session there. I only wanted to make a deposit but after waiting 20mins I left. Not enough staff!!It is all very well to solve customers queries and problems but someone should be on hand to do quick transactions.
