Drive through is always extremely slow to the point where you give up and drive off after long waits as they don’t answer the bell if there busy inside. Why bother having the drive through? Also more expensive than other chemists.

I'm actually really happy with the service I've received here a number of times now. Friendly, helpful, and professional. Approachable, and helpful with enquiries. More than willing to price match. I've decided to use them exclusively.My purchases have always been efficient, I've never waited longer than 10 minutes all up, which is perfectly reasonable. Last time, I scanned my e-token script through the window, and received a text almost immediately with my remaining repeat scripts. The pharmacist checked to make sure I had received the text. Very simple and straight forward.

06/04/2023 The staff are the rudest pharmacy staff I have ever come across The pharmacist didn't know what a a hospital script looked like Then all but called me a liar also I have reach my safety net and still charged me for my tablets Will NEVER use that store again EXTRA BAD SERVICE

Took 20+ minutes to be acknowledged and wasn’t even given a “sorry for the wait”. Had another 5 cars behind me also waiting. Crazy when inside has no customers… should probably work on a better process.

Horiffic experience. Such bad service from the drive through staff. Was in line for 20 minutes and two cars behind me had to leave therefore moved my car forwards. Got out of the car to grab the prescription medication and was treated terribly. Can not recommend.

Have been into this chemist several time in the last few weeks whilst caring for my unwell daughter.The staff have been fantastic and caring (even while ive been trying to deal with an upset 3yr old). Daniel especially has gone above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed, and this will be my fisrt port of call into the future.Thanks guys.

Used to be good. Drive Thru wait times are getting out of hand now unfortunately. Have been waiting well over 20 mins and the two cars in front of me haven’t moved - no customers in store from what I can see? I can appreciate that staffing can be hard but when it happens a dozen times (literally), you start to wonder something can change to improve the service. You have multiple staff on right now. This type of wait really isn’t acceptable. Long term customer by the way - the wait times are so well and truely out of hand now.

Never thought I would write a review for a chemist but this place is so bad. I waited inside for 30mins, only myself mind you. I think the script was prepared but the two girls at the counter couldn't care less. Then, the big one, I was charged $17, the chemist at Westfield is $5.50? So bad service and ridiculous prices.
