Brisbane Roller Doors
My panel lift door is a large custom door and the technician appeard to have the wrong tools to tension the spring, but proceeded anyway. The technician then scratched the door frame when he rested the tools under tension on the door frame. BRD boss phoned and claimed the damage was existing. The damage was not existing.The technician damaged newly installed foil insulation on the inside of the door. BRD boss advised he thought the damage was fine and they will do nothing about it.The technician refused to perform a door obstruction test because it might fall of the track". Unfortunately this means that if the door hits a child or vehicle

We highly recommend this company as they have extremely well trained staff. We had Darren install a new motor at Bray Park this morning. Darren has great knowledge and is a pleasure to have at your home. Very efficient, knew what he was doing and a great person to get along with.The price was good as well. I notice that there is only a 5 star rating because my son and myself would certainly give Darren and the company a 10 star if we could and but we will certainly recommend your company to other people. Thanks again for a great job.

Very happy and satisfied customer. Communication was great from the start, booking was easy, very organised. Steve, in particular was such a professional - he was on time, friendly, and gone above and beyond to assist us in replacing our motor and fixing our roller door. We had to order extra parts, and our expectations were set, managed and met. Exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this company. Thank you, Steve and team!

Booked online for next day repair of roller door lock.The man from Brisbane Roller doors said they don’t keep that lock, didn’t want to get one and recommended we ring Bayside Doors instead.Disappointing.Can’t believe the claim Brisbane Roller Doors made on their website:‘Every job we perform receives our full detailed attention as if it were our own garage door. We are familiar with all types and brands of roller and sectional panel doors and have the experience to provide the right solution when things go wrong!’Don’t bother unless you have ultra modern doors. These guys are NOT familiar with all door types and lack the experience to provide the solution!

I had 2 x large roller doors installed 3 years ago to my man cave with Merlin motors, the workmanship and products were of very high quality.Recently I had a new motor installed and servicing done to my garage, the motor is that silent and the door runs smoother than ever before. Now it doesn't wake the house when I leave early mornings to work, or sneak in late at night. Darren and the team at BRD are simple that good old fashion down to earth service that go above and beyond, highly recommended.

Our garage door was very loud and the clunking and rattling noise was worrying. Sounded like door was going to break. We thought we’d have to buy a whole new door. Maybe thousands $ $We called Brisbane Roller DoorsThe lovely friendly receptionist worked around our busy schedule to book in a time, fantasticthey came early the next day.They were so professional and friendly.They reassured us they could fix it with out the expense of a new door.They adjusted the chains and replaced our roller door motor.They even put up a large wall mounted switch in the garage and we got 2 new modern car remotes.I would highly recommend this company. Our door is so quiet now. We love it.
