Poor service is understated. More like NO service.Two staff at front counter more interested in talking to each other, than helping us.Even when we went to ask them questions about stock, they were just rude & uninterested.Guess that's why went to another business & spent $3k on our new outdoor furniture.We'll never come back to this store at Marion again.

FIRST CLASS KNOWLEDGE AND SERVICE Went in not really knowing what I wanted. Maybe an upgrade to a Webber after looking at all the options, and having them explained expertly I picked the Kamado Joe very happy with the result great service, great price and DELIVERY and ASSEMBLY. They do great work.

Similar experience to others walked through the store for a fair amount of time, three staff talking at the front counter didn’t make eye contact or ask if we needed help. When I have this experience I buy online or go somewhere else. You don’t need anything more from me, you clearly have a problem from the feedback, good luck!

Really poor service from one particular staff member. Sure we all have down days , but to act like you don't want to be there & answer questions I'm sure they here nearly time someone walks trough the doors doesn't matter. When you're spending hard earned money, make some effort to make the experience a good one. And to speak to elderly people with attitude is poor. This is why he is selling bbq's. Wouldn't recommend this store.
