My disaster with Seko, 3 months after arrival in Australia no sign of the goods. Amazon say contact Seko, Seko never respond to emails or answer the phone, or mail box is full. Appalling service. Should no be allowed to trade in Australia.

Literally the worst postage service. They say to contact Amazon, but they literally do not pick up the phone to Amazon when Amazon tries to get in touch with them about missing parcels. I had my Amazon customer service contact try to call them and they just didn't pick up to him. I tried to contact SEKO after Amazon couldn't get through and they have literally no one on the phones. They pretend like you can speak to different areas (like the warehouse or customer service) but you cannot at all. I literally selected every single one of the options and couldn't manage to get in touch with a single person.Amazon needs to stop using them to deliver mail immediately. There is not way to get in contact them, not even for Amazon.Edited to add: I see other Brisbane customers have had trouble with SEKO in our city, which is hardly surprising to me but it's still a head scratcher why they have not yet bothered to fix the issue. Brisbane is not a difficult city to navigate. They should have zero issues delivering mail here.According to SEKO's reply on the other Brisbane person's one start review, they are not the final mail carrier" in Australia. Well

Had a large order of clothing go missing with a retailer who partners with SEKO. It was left when no authority to leave was given in a visible area and the assumption is stolen. I went through the channels with the retailer to have the order replaced and this time went with AusPost so I could collect from the post office if not home.Tonight, at 8pm, I just had the courier turn up at my door and enter my front gate with a flashlight pretending to look for the parcel and then knock on my door and confront me whilst also implying there is no way I could have got a replacement so quickly. I had to shout at him to leave the premises.Never experienced something so unprofessional with a courier service in my life

By far the worst experience with couriers I’ve ever had. Had an expected delivery date a week after my purchase and then there was no update on my shipping for a further week and a half after dispatch. Proceeded to take a further 3 months to deliver and no way of contacting or tracking my item. Further to this my item was then witheld because there wasn’t a delivery suburb address which was clearly stated upon purchase of my item.Sort it out not good enough with a big international company that these sorts of issues are happening.

Terrible Terrible experience with this company.!Have sent 5 parcels with them and only 1 has arrived, 4 have been lost never to be seen! Company unreachable by phone, email and their support pages. The only reply I have been given is we will investigate" and then communication ceases! All 5 parcels were picked up in Sept 2022

I've redirected parcel to post office to make it easier, as first delivery had some problems" They lied about package being delivered to initial adress. No one was home at the time and seko stated to amazon that package was given to resident at initial address when amazon confirmed a redirection.Tried reaching through to seko and warehouse voicemail is full

They said they have tried to send my parcel to me while I was not at home, and they have left a calling card, which did not exist.When I contacted them, they told me they can't accept any request from a client and I had to contact the retailer and ask the retailer to talk with them.The most dramatic thing happened when I was contacting with the retailer. Seko just said my parcel had been delivered, while I have received nothing. I tried to ring them for this but they even didn't pick up my phone.DO NOT USE THEM. NEVER.

Here's my story with SEKO. My parcel has been in Brisbane for at least a week. The first two times, the courier made no attempt to deliver and then lied, saying that the delivery address does not exist, even though I had at least two address Amazon orders delivered here and the address itself is a commercial address that receives business mail and shipments of retail goods on an ongoing basis from local and overseas suppliers. After numerous chase ups with Amazon, they attempted to deliver to what is very clearly a business address outside of business hours TWICE. First time on Friday at 7 PM and the second time on Saturday. What is worse, when the courier who tried to deliver on Friday called me asking where to go, I explained that he's trying to deliver to a business on a Friday night and requested a re-delivery during business hours on Monday. Instead, they completely ignored that and tried again on a Saturday. What is even worse still, is that on the following Monday when the package was supposed to be delivered during business hours as per the phone conversation with the driver on Friday, no attempt to deliver was made at all. After a yet another chase up with Amazon, a re-delivery was arranged by Amazon customer service for Tuesday next day, before 10am. Instead, sometime after 9, the parcel was just marked as un-deliverable (I got a notification via the Amazon App) and is now being returned to sender. This is the worst delivery service I have ever received in my life.

Absolutely gutter delivery service.They send a message saying delivery was rejected and order cancelled when no contact was made.Not even an attempt at delivery .Item shipped from the USA to Australia and is now en route back to the USA.Amazon are complicit in all of this.No accountability from anyone and Seko cannot be contacted.Voicemails full(I wonder why)…Do not use this company under and circumstances…
