Bay View Early Learning Centre

My little girl has been attending Bay View ELC for the last three years, she has learnt so much, continues to strive and absolutely loves it there.The Director and her staff are exceptional and have shown my daughter nothing but love, support and confidence during her time there.I would highly recommend Bay View ELC for anyone looking for a great daycare centre in the Redlands.

Avoid this place at all costs!!!This is my experience with having my infant twins in the nursery full time...I saw one of the educators in the nursery openly mocking one of my twins and playing favourites with the other. One of my daughters came home multiple times with a nappy full of poo that she had clearly been sitting in for hours.On one occasion my infant twins came home dehydrated and starving. They had vomited once during the day and as a result they were not fed for the remainder of the day. They were not even given water.The educators asked me to provide notes on daily routines for my children and then ignored all of my instructions completely. Every evening my twins would come home cranky, irritable and totally exhausted as their nap routines were ignored. This resulted in poor night time sleep.Communication within the centre and between staff is abysmal.The director is extremely unprofessional, rarely present and when I tried to contact her about these issues all I received was radio silence. My emails and phone calls went unanswered.

Terrible terrible centre. The pre prep program is very bad and the supposed teacher is rude, arrogant and should be fired. Do not send your children here there are plenty of other centres around that are far better.

We love this centre and all the carers! Both my kids have attended Bay View long term and we have found the staff so supportive. The kids are stimulated and programs well structured. They are always coming away from day care with new skills.

We're really happy with the centre and the teachers are really caring and I have complete trust that my child gets the attention he needs. I love the structure in place for the kids and it's very clean and a great environment.

I cannot recommend this place enough! My son is a changed boy since joining Bay View Kids in the Junior Kindy Room with Ms Kelly. Seriously try this place out - they are amazing!

Bay View Early Learning Centre is a great modern centre with caring staff. They are always putting in new facilities in for the kids and I see they are adding a new fort currently. Highly recommended.

Lovely modern clean centre with excellent staff and location. Good technology too with wifi and tablet support etc, good to see.Warm and friendly and my son loves his carer and going there. Highly recommended.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! My son transitioned to Kintergarden at this daycare and he was not coping well. I tried to organise meetings several times with the manager and was told there's no need" Good luck trying to speak with her

Amazing, friendly, caring, nurturing and clean childcare centre.My daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old and is now 3, she loves the staff, enjoys the classes and daily cooked lunches.The centre director goes above and beyond to make me and my child feel welcome and secure.Couldn't recommend a better daycare in the Redlands.
