I was super impressed by the service provided by the team at Brisbane Air. From start to finish, they were professional, respectful and so easy to deal with. We had four split systems installed. Couldn't fault the installation team, they arrived on time, took the time to explain any issues and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely be recommending Brisbane Air to others.

Our initial consult was with James who visited site to view and quote us on a 5 unit install. He is a straight to the point, no B/S person who followed up with a quote next morning as promised.The quote was “realistic & fair.Moving ahead with the guaranteed fixed date for installation it was great to see James back (to be clear with the installers) on the exact locations of all units.The 4 man installation crew (EMPLOYEES) “not contractors” were a group of fellas who worked exceptionally well together. They were respectful, courteous, cleaned up every spec of dust and most importantly the end result was neat and tidy.Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional business with realistic pricing.Thanks Guys,Much Appreciated

Perfection. Friendly, efficient, respectful, highly skilled, organised, arrived 7.30 am and they'd said between 7.30 and 10.30 . Left me with 3 PowerPoints when there was one, what great guys. Heater and aircon 3.5 Mitsubishi unit works great. So happy and I only rang them a week ago. They arranged the $100 cashback. You couldn't find better.

Very professional team - the work is neat and the team cleaned up after the installation. We had to change the installation plan for one of the air-conditioner due to a deck extension and after 15 months, Brisbane Air still honored the quote. We will definitely return if we require additional air condition.

Brisbane Air supplied and installed a ducted system to my new build. Of multiple companies I contacted for preliminary pricing during design of the house Brisbane Air were the only ones who assisted. They then provided further advice during framing to ensure the system could be installed and function the way I wanted. All their staff are friendly, professional and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again.

Got a new split system installed and old system maintained. Whole process was quick and simple. In this building climate, where trades and quotes can take time, Brisbane Air were quick and professional. Despite being disappointed with the existing split system installation (done by previous owner), they were able to fix up the outlet and refurb what had been an ignored system. Thanks guys. The whole team at Brisbane Air did a great job from the start of providing the quote to commissioning our ducted A/C and split A/C systems.James's quote was very clear, he explained all our queries and itemised additional works and he was present before the installation people started work to explain the work which is very commendable.Installation guys did great job accommodating our request, checking at each stage on any queries and lastly they turned up next day morning when the scheduled works were not been able to finish because of an evening storm.Overall we are one totally happy & satisfied customer and highly recommend Brisbane Air for their professionalism and responsiveness.

Two Mitsubishi air-cons, one for lounge and one for bedroom. Quotation received via email after James completed a site inspection, James also explained option of Wi-Fi and suitable air-con sizing for each room. At time of installation the team asked me questions, ensured I was involved in any decisions and explained the processes of fixing the outside units. The team were prompt, hard working, very tidy, I was comfortable with the Brisbane Air team being in my home. They also kept the gates closed to ensure the safety of my dogs as not to wander into the street.Very happy with the pricing, the team and the Air-cons look great.Thank you.

What can I say, pretty much the perfect interaction. The person who prepared the quote was on time and provided some great insights on where best to install the head unit and also condenser.
