DON’T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME. Please don’t take bookings then tell people (after waiting for 15 minutes in store) that you’ll be half an hour late. Disrespectful and arrogant towards customers time, zero stars if possible

Amazing hair color service done by Sam! he took the time to make it nice. I was very pleased with how my hair turned out and he finished it with styling my hair with curls. Would highly recommend this place for haircuts & hairdye :)

Very happy with the haircut i got i love my hair now, i showed the stylist two different pictures for reference and he did great. Waiting time is long but happy with the results.

Hair cut is fine but they don’t seem to have any concept of keeping appointment times. The hair dresser was at her lunch break through my appointment time - starting 30 mins after the scheduled time. Bit frustrating.

Essentially gave me a fringe that ends at my nose when I asked for my curtain bangs to be trimmed at chin level.

Never had a bad experience at Otaku. I've been visiting Sam and the team for over 10 years. Their previous store was located in Lemongrove and now more central in Victoria St.I regularly visit for wash and blow dry, but also for my hair cuts.None of the team never rush you, and very detailed in work.On occasions they do run late however i always ensure i leave a little extra time given the fantastic quality of service.

My family is a long time customer here so I decided to have my style changed here and I’m not regret. I had a good experience once I had a haircut and colour. Friendly environment and accommodating staff. Even though you feel that it need fixing afterwards they’re more than happy to fix it until you happy. Overall experience I’m really happy about it.

Very happy with my experience, highly recommended.Staff were all very friendly, hairdresser took her time cutting my hair and did an amazing job. I did not feel rushed at all and left very happy with the cut. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.
