Such a great experience! The salon is easy to find and get to, and the fit out inside is lovely. Kimi was so welcoming and friendly, her attention to detail is amazing and I’m so happy with my hair! Very reasonable pricing for a cut and digital perm too. Alex was also lovely. Great team and great salon! I will be back.

Honestly my go-to since moving to Australia. I wanted a salon that could handle Asian hair and understood Asian styles and aesthetic. I've since moved to the suburbs now but I will always make time to come here to get a trim a few times a year. Kimi is great. All of them are.

Got my haircut a few weeks ago and totally loved it! It grew out very nicely and for someone who doesn’t style her hair often, I like how easy it is to manage. I got my hair cut by Kimi, highly recommended! Great service and satisfying results.

Excellent haircut and styling by Stella. Really worked with me to ensure it was the length and style I wanted. I have quite thick hair, and it was much lighter & smoother after some layers & shaping. Highly recommended!

Great service, everyone’s very welcoming and professional.Kimi did an excellent job with my haircut. She was so lovely and patient, helping me decide on length and style, as well as giving me tips for styling myself.The salon itself is a very comfortable and clean space. Would definitely recommend

After my hairdresser moved out of the CBD I've been looking for a new salon since new year. Got recommended by an acquaintance and decided to try out LUXM. I booked with Alex, he asked a few things about my usual cut, preferences, etc. then he would take a look at my hair and give a few suggestions. Glad I took his suggestions cause my hair came out much much better than I had anticipated. If you're still on the fence, just give LUXM and Alex a go. Definitely worth the money.

As someone with super high expectations for great customer service and super curly hair, I was extremely happy with Ian’s work. I went in for a wash and blow out, he did an AMAZING job given I have a full head of ringlets. Everything from the moment he approached me while I was waiting on the couch to the final touches, was 5/5 customer service & he was so lovely!! Bonus points that the salon is so cool and pretty!
