Shocking service and undertrained staff. It takes that long of a wait for a car at the moment and then all this Business wants to do is waste your time.Had only a simple test drive booked and organised but no prior notification to be told that your understaffed and in another appointment so the vehicle is unavailable.. no help here. No professionalism. Last thing I would do is give them money!

pathetic system i booked a service 10 days ago when i was on my way for service he called me and told me he just got my booking and cant do it today and can book be for 3rd of august. company like toyota i expect better

Friendly staff who were happy to quote new spare parts for my parents 20 year old RAV4. Awesome.

A very poor experience, quoted price, forced to pay for parts up front, then waited for booking. On the Service day was called they needed more parts.Then on the 2nd day of the pickup was overcharged, so don't believe their verbal quotes!And got home to check their work and they didn't even spray a bit of brake clean so I can tell if the diff doesn't leak anymore!Do not use their service department...

We bought our Toyota taraco from here, it was the excellent deal we can ever get. More than that, customer care service was terrific. He took time and explained everything really well, rather than rushing.

I have been chasing up a Jack Kit for my Hilux and have had issues with a few dealerships but as soon as I spoke with Justin on the phone he was incredibly helpful. I came in and he sorted me out with the jack kit for a great price and then answered a heap of my questions. Bloody Legend, I will be using them again.

I have had previous experience with Northpoint Toyota and cannot speak highly enough of them. I've sent numerous clients their way because they actually give you the time of day.They speak openly with you about their cars, the range, options, general customer help and are so easy to contact via phone for advise. .Love the team at Northpoint Toyota.

I've been going there since their parts department moved from North East Road to Gepps X. Regularly went to NE Rd prior to this as well.As I do my own oil and fuel filter changes, I was perplexed when I purchased an oil filter recently. Why? Because when I looked in the box, the sump plug gasket wasn't in there. Every time I got one previously, they chucked the gasket in and for no charge. When I queeried this with the sales person I was informed that the gasket was separate and I would be charged for it. So I paid the $1.80 plus GST.I'm not fussed about the $1.80 + but was just wondering whether processes have changed or was I just fortunate to get a free gasket since 2009.Still confused.Ps, the customer service is always A1 ✔
