I got the CCTV system from Security Perth. I also got the whole system installed from them. Chloe helped me with all the Admin process and was very informative and resourceful. Jon's team did an amazing job with the installation. They talked me through whole process, suggested various options on placement of Cameras and inducted me thoroughly on the systems. I am a very happy with the service so far.

Other companies which I got a quote were more interested in product pushing and wanting to you to buy a full alarm system. From the start, I noticed your staff understood my needs and were quick to provide me with the best possible solution, which was also reasonably priced. Today, Aaron and Jordan as the technicians completed an installation of an external siren and added on PIRs to my existing Bosch alarm system. This was a tricky install due to running of cables from the front to the back of the house. Both of them took it upon themselves to find the best possible way to work out the cabling. They were professional in their conduct and demonstrated a deep understanding of how alarm systems operate. You can tell immediately they knew what they are doing and they got the job done quickly. Such talent are rare these days. I’m so glad that I found you guys. Amazing work! I would highly recommend the team.

As I'm fairly busy of late, I contacted Security Perth via email for a quote on having CCTV installed. Everything from then on was 1st class. They were quick to reply, happy to customize what I needed, installation team where amazing, very clean, quick and arrived when they said. If I had to be picky, the training on how to use the product could have been a little more BUT, the install team where happy to answer any questions (I didn't think of any at the time), and when I phoned the office as I couldn't access a menu, the help was amazing. So, all in all, I think other businesses in Perth should learn something from these guys. Big thank you to Chloe as well... Thank you!

We have recently worked with Security Perth to update our alarm system. The quote we received was competitive and Callan, the sales specialist I spoke with was really helpful and answered all my questions. John and Jordan, the technicians who installed the system were very polite and considerate. They gave me a heads up about loud noises (not to frighten our baby), cleaned up a small scuff mark on the wall perfectly and tested everything thoroughly.

John, their technician came on time and walked around the property with me to finalise position of the cameras and recorder. He explained every aspect of the job to me until I was completely happy and then carried out the installation with no fuss. Finally John set up and ran through the programming on my mobile phone and computer. He certainly made me feel comfortable with my decision to use Security Perth.
