Haverford are sensational!! We recently had a massive storm in Melbourne and my golf cage was damaged. One of the corner pieces was damaged and I contacted Haverford. The staff were very welcoming and without an issue they send down a replacement part at no cost. Now that is what I call brilliant customer service. Second to none. Well done Haverford - a highly recommended company!!

Hi Haverford, thank you for engaging me constructively about some of the wildlife entanglement problems we have with backyard fruit tree netting with apertures over 5mm x 5mm. The `wildlife friendly` labelling changes you've made to your website are a real step forward in allowing people to make informed choices and we (Victorian Advocates for Animals & Friends of Bats and Bushcare Inc) find that people are very happy to make a purchase that is far less likely to harm wildlife. In fact most people are very upset when they find a native animal e.g. flying fox, possum or owl entangled and injured in their fruit tree netting. Good news also that you're looking into fruit bags/sock/sleeves (see pic). These are real winners for consumers (no ladder climbing & ease of use) and wildlife (no injuries or deaths). Wildlife rescuers take thousands of animals each year from backyard nets so any help you can provide is really appreciated.

Placed an order for a product on the 27th of December. Got a confirmation that it would be delivered on the 30th. I live only about half an hour away from the warehouse so I thought that's pretty good considering the circumstances, but I honestly didn't expect it until after the new year. Well, it's now over 3 weeks later and I still haven't received the full order. The best part is, after two weeks since I placed the order they sent me an email asking me to rate the product and take a video of me using the product. Had a good laugh at that one. Anyway, I have called Haverford twice, both times they promised me a call back after they told me they would follow up with Shippit/Courier's Please... Nothing. I actually got half the order yesterday, however the box was damaged and not taped up properly and from the looks of it some pieces are missing. I guess I'll have to wait until the other part of the product arrives before knowing if there is anything actually missing. So to sum up, I have no idea whether or not these people make good products. I wish I could tell you about them. I wish I'd have already been using them enough to rate them. What I can tell you is their customer service is pretty miserable. They don't seem to care about what you're saying on the phone. They either don't follow up on your inquiries or they just don't bother calling you back. They don't package things correctly and for some inexplicable reason they don't send everything together. Regardless of the possible problems with their courier service this has been one of the worst customer service experiences in recent memory. If you're looking for a product that these people make I highly suggest looking elsewhere as well. Compare the cost but more importantly read the reviews and ask about their delivery partners. Avoid anyone that uses Courier's Please!

Haverford had the product out for delivery the next day in Sydney. It was only 30 minutes away. Couriers Please stuffed it up and it was still with them for a week. After contacting Haverford, Matt called me and arranged a delivery which came within an hour. This is the gold standard for customer service. My suggestion is don't use Couriers Please.

Very helpful, very responsive. Had a product sent which got flagged by Direct Freight Express as delivered, but I didn't receive it. Called courier and they claimed it was delivered but to wrong house. I went to the house they told me (close neighbour) and no, they didn't receive it. Called Haverford as to what to do next. Guy told me no problem, we'll send another. Day after that the local post office called me and stated somebody walked in with 3 packages, one of which was mine, that they claim they saw fall out of a courier vehicle that left the door open???. Day after receiving lost first item I received the second shipped item. Now I felt bad as Haverford went out of their way to help but original item turned up in mysterious ways. I called Haverford as to what to do with second one. Guy I spoke to was very understanding of all that took place and just said keep it. How can anyone ask for better service? Exceptional!
