Service admin staff are wonderful and polite but disappointing servicing to be honest, it's luck of the draw on whether they fix the issues or ignore/wrongly fault find them.

The young gentleman in parts needs telling what an asset he is. Yesterday I was behind and elderly customer and your staff member was so patient and helpful and even took photos of the customers part so he could help him out. As it wasn’t available separately. Well done to him. And getting to the service I received, it was also exceptional . Keep up the good work Toyota team and I will be back soon.
