This mechanic and his receptionist were fantastic from beginning to end.I dropped the car at 8am and said I was leaving lawson at 10:45am and if it wasn't ready I would arrange for a friend to pick it up. They went out of their way and had the car ready by 10:30am. Nothing was a problem. They were polite, courteous and very professional. I will be using them again. Highly recommend.

I have taken every single car I have owned over the past 18 or so years to the Smiths and the team have always been amazing. They take time to explain the work and offer top quality work at a very reasonable price. Only choosing 5 stars because 10 isn't an option

They tend to dramatise. I took my car in with a grinding noise. They put it up on the lift then wrote a report saying I said it was “grinding and shuddering” when I just said grinding. Then charged me $56 saying they topped up my power steering fluid which I just topped up to max moments before dropping my car off.
