At the counter there was this nice girl name Judi. Who served me at the counter. She was very sweet and Kind, gave me an excellent customer service experience :) and I felt welcome in the store. Thank you.

Nice shop, but the service was so disappointing. Hannah O didn't ask me whether I m the member with Sephora, she didn't offer me any sample for trial. Rude and sad face even I bought more than a hundred dollars. I feel sorry for such a great French brand.

Went to Sephora today at parramatta store, I have to say Toby was amazing with us . She really went above and beyond to get the right shade of foundation. Went to purchase foundation but ended up buying primer and blush and hair oil. Amazing Toby

Tried to redeem my sephora black tier upgrade gift that I was really excited about but was told I had already redeemed it at a time I wouldn't have reached the tier yet. I had been told by the staff in the city that since they were out of stock I could go to any sephora and tell them that they were out of stock for my tier upgrade gift and it would be easy as long as they scan my card. I was then told I needed to find the email that said I was able to redeem it even tho I had showed staff the notification on the app that day. For some reason I can find the email despite her insisting there would be one when all I had received was a notification saying don't forget to redeem your gift. Was very dissapointed because saying that I redeemed my gift on my birthday would either mean the staff at Parramatta that day would have either not given my my birthday gift ir not given me my tier upgrade. I am extremely dissapointed. I have a receipt from that day on my birthday where I was given one gift so I'm certain it was a mistake made by the staff at Parramatta.

Made a purchase at Sephora today and noticed later on they did not give me the free sample as outlined on the receipt. Interaction with staff was minimal and I guess from the lack of service, I rate my experience 1 star.

Horrible Service, horrible People. Especially the white Boy with Gold eyeshadow and lipgloss and the East Asian Girl with grey, violet whatever hair. Too lazy to help me to find the shade instead of testing it on me they just gave me some bottles without any comment as soon as im asking them what shade it is they ignored me and gave this stupid look. Who are you??? If you don’t like your job than quit!!! Same with Jasmin the cashier, if you don’t give samples than at least don’t push us 10x to be a member

I don’t usually wear make up religiously and since I’ve been married it teaches us to enhance our beauty for my husband so I’d thought it would be nice mentally and physically too. Let me tell you, I was pessimistic at first looking clueless until a very nice girl name Angela came and approach me, I managed to get her last name at the end because I knew I had to get out of my way in appreciating the service given. Angel continuously with patience would recommend me products that suited my tone, my confidence and self esteem with make up and beauty. I spend a lot but it was worth it every bit so I’m definitely going back if this is the kind of service is given!
