Definitely in my top 2 of the worst delivery company and Customer support!- Ask me to be home to receive delivery- I received a notification (good delivered)- No packages delivered- Call them 3 days in a row to understand the following:- Why asking me to stay home if you don’t deliver in person?- To who and Where my good has been delivered?- Why don’t you call the driver to ask?4 days later all I have from 3 different very below average Customer service support staff:“You need to give us time and we can’t give you an ETA as we don’t know where your hood are.”

OMG!!! So horrible service. I bought a bed on eBay. I tracked it to be delivered today. I was waiting at home. I received emails in the morning with two emails on the way and almost there. I am happy with that. Later on, I received a email to tell me the bed delivered to my Lobby.What?? No one called me and ring door bell or intercom. The email was attached a photo, but it's .tif format and can't be showed. I don't know what's that.I live in the building with lift. I went downstairs and saw my three parcels in lobby. They are 46kg. How can I move to my unit? In this building, most are the old people. Who can help me?If there is a minus or zero star for this review, I would like to give them.

Hunter Express are consistently and without fail, the worst transport company in Australia. Every single item I've ever had sent from them has arrived late, damaged or not at all. Their phone support is shocking and incredibly unhelpful and I will no longer buy anything from retailers who use Hunter Express... I have friends staying who will have to sleep on the floro because a bed I ordered over a week ago has been sitting in their depot for 3 days without movement. If negative stars was possible, I'd have given them -5

Usless freight company left my delivery in the foyer at the wrong address and not signed for. no instructions were given to leave item in safe place and unsigned but now my item is lock in a building we're I have no access to and item could get stolen before I'm able to get to gain access on the next business day. I know why they call it hunter express because they can't deliver to the right address

I was at home all day and had given permission for the item to be left in a safe place if I was not home. I asked for it to be left under my car port. I live in a battle axe block with a long driveway. Every other driver has the skills to drive down it. Nobody rang the door despite me being home. I find my very heavy rug was left at the top of the drive way just by the street. Could have easily been stolen. I have Multiple Sclerosis and had to dragged it down the driveway myself. Thanks for nothing. Just pure laziness.

Great service from Hunter Express. I ordered industrial garage storage shelves last week from Melbourne. I was expecting my package to take 10 business days to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in Sydney only 3 days after ordering. The delivery person initially unloaded it onto our front porch. We asked if it was possible to relocate it to the side door as it was easier for me to bring it to the back shed when it came to installation. I understand that delivery drivers are always under the pump for time. However, he exclaimed that it wasn't a problem and swiftly moved the items for us. All items were intact and undamaged upon opening. When ordering my package I had a choice from either Couriers Please or Hunter Express. I'm happy to report that Hunter Express surpassed my expectations as a delivery service provider and will definitely be using them again in the future.

The WORST delivery company I have ever had to deal with. Only gets a 1 star because I can not give it less.I ordered a package over 2 months ago now that ended up being partially delivered and they had somehow separated over half of the delivery and lost it.Went through the process of getting the order resent out with the original company (no idea why they use this courier service) and it has now been another 2 weeks since they partially delivered this replacement order.Contacted them and they have no idea where it is and no information to provide me except for “it’s with our team”. Thanks but that doesn’t help me run my business.Who knows if I’ll ever see my delivery!!Avoid if you can, you probably won’t get your order anyway.

This business is an absolute joke. How can they even be legally operating is beyond me. When you’re a freight forwarder entrusted with peoples property we would expect the minimum respect and some degree of customer service. Zero stars if this was a possibility. Steer clear unless you want your stuff to go missing.

It SUPER TERRIBLE delivered experience i've ever met.It didn’t make any sense for the courier to drive pass our North Sydney delivery location without stop by and went ahead to Sydney CBD, as we have the courier portal to check the delivered route. I specially give instruction; provided them with loading zone car spots just in front of our building and there are 3 lifts which can directly reach to level 6 to our company.In addition, courier has mentioned consignment has flagged for priority delivery. We aim to deliver priority consignments within 2 business days.”.It’s been 21 days after we arranged the payment and now it’s not only caused delay
