The manager was extremely rude to her employees, though she was fine with customers. Overheard her talking smack about a worker that had left, and was completely appalled by the conversation. I couldn't believe that someone so charismatic towards customers would be such a bully towards her own team. Would NEVER recommend, will NOT be coming back here ever. Such a nasty personality.

It's far too crowded in this store it felt too cramped which made it hard to find things as the too much stock was jumbled around the whole shop.

Just found that Big W in Woden has a set of toilets (Female, Male & disabled, including Baby Change). Located next to Lay By service. The entrance staff is amazing, very friendly.

Visited the store around mid-day on 27/04. The store has good range of clothes at great price. 1 star because of the complete lack of customer service. The lady at the counter did not respond to my greeting, and after I paid, handed me the clothes without eye contact and moved on to the next customer as if I didn't exist. I still thanked her to which she didn't bother responding.

Best & Less Weston is brilliant. All the price and product expectations that you associate with Best & Less however it's the staff that make the difference. Go for the prices, stay for the customer service.

Please bring it back to Tuggeranong Mall.I love the variety and price. The staff were friendly and helpful.It's a shame there are only 2 stores in all of Canberra

The women with the glasses who served me in 2 seperate occasions spoke to me in a condescending way twice! She had a very strong accent very hard to understand and rude to customers! The other young lady I tried to say thank you to as I walked away just stared at me not wanting to smile or acknowledge me. How rude! Best and Less Westin creek! where is your staffs customer service?! Is bullying your customers a norm to your business?! I do not recommend this shop! Appalling consider I bought so many items here but I won’t come back!
