Beautiful store with lovely varieties of flowers, candles, balloons and so much more. Staff were lovely and had experience in helping me choose a flower bouquet based on my budget. I highly recommend this store if you are wanting to purchase an elegant bouquet with a specific budget in mind :)

Recently did an online order for the next day, flowers arrived promptly and were better than the online picture! Would recommend this shop to anyone, great job and thanks.

I ordered an arrangement for a friend asking for a similar colour palette to that of one in a photo I found online, lilac, purple, green and white.Not only did they get the delivery day wrong, the arrangement look cheap and nothing like the example I showed them. I could’ve done a better job if I had bought a range of flowers myself, or if I had bought one from woolies....and it wouldn’t have cost me $67! I msgd the number I had from them sharing my disappointment and they didn’t reply.

third time i shopped with these guys and i had enough!!! (i thought ill give them another chance but it was strike 3!!!)walked into the store and waited at least 5 mins to see if i was going to get any customer service which did not happen (i was the only customer in the store), I literally had to get their attention for service.I asked for their recommendation for the occasion i needed it for and they just pointed and said form a big distance those are the flowers just pick what you want!" with attitude.i wasn't being rude or anything so i dont know why i was getting treated like this.also requested if i can get the flowers made while i was there and they replied "we have other orders to make". which i found to be very rude as i am a business owner myself.i ended up paying $150 for something that is worth $80. i thought to be fair because they are making it on the spot but i wasn't happy with finish product. and it was totally not worth it. i feel like they ripped me off!!* Very arrogant staff* Rude Behavior and Bad Attitude* No Customer Service* very slowI definitely wont be shopping from this store anymore and i also don't recommend it to others aswell after what i went through.should definately change staff or train staff for customer service"

I wish I could review 0 stars, I opted to purchase a wonderful set of flowers for my mother on her birthday and the business delivered completely different flowers and didn't come with the vase as per described.I contacted the store shortly after receiving the wonderful thankyou" text message containing a photo of the incorrect flowers in a paper bouquet. They assured me it was not their fault although they knew about the situation and passed blame to their supplier while also making no contact to the purchaser.They assured me a refund within 3 business days and it has now been 7. I have gone out of my own will to escalate a claim on PayPal for the funds and I was instantly called by the shop owner and had Disgusting language spat at me. "You think you can just get a free gift" "Its not our problem"Honestly 0/10Wouldn't come back ever again."

Good products but service is bad. The lady working there is not easy to deal with. I felt very uncomfortable last time I was there buying some flowers.

Love this store! Flowers are always fresh and staff are amazing. Even with all of the issues with lockdowns and restrictions, they've always been professional and have provided great quality products and beautiful arrangements with a smile. My experience with the staff and store have always been positive so I can't recommend enough.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I had 2 beautiful ladies serve me today and they understood all my inquiries and put together a nice bunch of flowers for myself! They go above and beyond with their field of knowledge and couldn’t have recommended them enough! Thanks team :)
