Definitely can't fault Malcolm and the service at High Street Cycles, it's a shame that Malcolm is closing the doors - but COVID has taken a massive toll on the cycling industry and the demand for bikes has never been so high.When I was knee high to a grasshopper, so to speak my first Trek a 3500 came from this store and it sucks that the Dual Sport 1 I brought on Monday will possibly be the last bike I get from High Street Cycles, but you can't beat the customer service of Malcolm.Thanks mate and all the best for the future.

Had my Merida bike serviced there and they did a great job, transforming it back to it's glory days . It was like getting a new bike when I got it back. Very affordable and timely too, great job.

Like so many bike shops they don't seem to want your business! Disinterested and not willing to find out more about customers reasons for entering there shop! Pretty hopeless really! I'll go back to Melbourne

Really friendly on the phone and in the store. They have extensive knowledge on bicycles, helmets and everything in the store. I bought 4 bikes from High St Bicycles and haven't had any problems at all. The staff aren't trying to get you to buy the most expensive stuff instead they look at what you need and will happily spend time explaining and helping you out while browsing or at the checkout.Best store in Shepp!

Good shop, although says open till 5, get there at 4:40 and it's shut. Just needed a tire. Could the opening times be updated if they've changed?

Malcom fixed my wheel excellently took out the buckle and fitted new tyre and tube for a very reasonable price. ..highly recommended. ..andy
