I had the pleasure of visiting Andrea and her beautiful horses at The Horse’s Heartbeat late last year. I really didn't know what to expect but it was such a beautifully authentic, organic process and Andrea immediately made me feel at ease, as soon as I arrived. She has a gentleness and wisdom about her that gave me so much confidence. When we went out to meet the horses, I felt safe and at ease. There was no rush - and I was encouraged to engage with her horses in my own way, and in my own time. She answered all of my questions, and the only way I can describe this wonderful experience was that I felt a wave of calm and peace wash over me as I sat and stood by the horses, stroking them and talking to them. Andrea was so unobtrusive, and would just ask questions about how I was feeling. It was an incredible experience, and one I will most definitely go back for again. Thank you to Andrea and The Horse's Heartbeat for such an incredible, calm and healing experience. I highly recommend this wonderful equine therapy session for anyone feeling unsettled, depressed, somewhat lost, or just needing to disconnect from the complexity and mania of life. I recently had a Equine Assisted Therapy Session with Andrea at The Horse's Heartbeat. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had never done anything like this before, but I found the experience to be incredibly grounding and healing.
