I accepted a quote on 17 Feb. Site Engineer, Paul, visited 23rd — I was keen to know where I could position my shed. Called today to ask for an update, was told it was in the hands of council. Given that I have an excavator coming this weekend, I asked if the decision could be fast tracked. Was put on hold while the sales guy, Ash spoke with Paul.. when resuming the call, I was told that they were not going to proceed with the job… when I asked why, «Paul doesn't like to be pushed around…» was the response. Are you serious?? I was politely insistent, that's it! It's hard enough getting Tradies around, I managed to get one for this weekend and simply needed to know if I could put my shed in the position where I anticipated… Very disappointed in this company's attitude, and lack of willingness to help.. I just don't know what else to say… Your website says that you love to exceed customer's expectations… Really???? Certainly won't be recommending you lot to anyone…

After signing a contract and leaving a deposit, they emailed me to tell me that the price of the shed was going to be 10K more. The sales person told me that the deposit will hold the original quoted price, they basically called me a liar when I mentioned this to them. I pulled out of the contract and found someone to build my shed with more extras for 8K less. I recommend to Shop around, they are very unprofessional. I went with B & G Sheds, they’re located in Point Cook but will build sheds up to 2 hours away.

I had a shed built by the team at Geelong Sheds and could not recommend them more! The whole process from start to finish has been seamless and the end result of my shed is perfect!Thanks so much guys! Will definitely continue to recommend them to all my friends and family for their builds!

Quiet happy to take your money.Waited over 12 months for the build.Stiill the work has not been done.Company so dishonest.They closed down there business after christmasAnd they didnt bother contact us.Thanks for a job not done

Happy to keep taking money, clearly gone out of business. You might be struggling in this climate but you have happily destroyed families who are absolutely devastated with nothing but some materials and a dug up yard that their family can’t enjoy.

We telephoned this company on three occasions and visited them in person once over a 2 week period about our (their product) garage remote door not working. They were completely disinterested and unresponsive, making promises someone would contact us but no contact was ever made. Very disappointing way to treat a customer. This is not a complaint about Geelong Sheds service as there was NO service. We finally rang a different company, Kelly Garage Doors, who visited within 24 hours and fixed the problem immediately.

Amazing service and we are very pleased with the quality. We had a custom build design and love it. Very friendly service and easy to deal with everyone we spoke too. The shed building crew were respectful of our property and made sure we were happy with the finish. I would definitely recommend Geelong Sheds.

Terrible communication throughout the entire build. Tradies would rock up as they please with no heads up. Rubbish was left everywhere. We had a windy night and had to run out and collect everything blown around the backyard. Then when they finished our shed they didn't even leave the keys to lock it. It took weeks to get all the keys (windows, sliding door, roller door).

From start to finish the team at Geelong Sheds have been fantastic. The quality of the shed is amazing and I am super happy with everything. If your looking for a quality shed with the best materials look no further.

Geelong Sheds delivered everything they promised. Customer service was excellent, workmanship very professional and the final product was even better than I expected. Terrific job by this company during difficult times, very much appreciate everything you guys have done.
