The best customer service I have had. We have changed out all the windows on an old home. New windows are excellent. Inward openers mean we aren't fiddling with fly screens and can clean upstairs from the inside. Peter gave great advice on how to install considering state of the walls. Highly recommend.

Art Windows are fantastic! Ala and her team are very responsive and can advise on all aspects of the manufacture and installation of uPVC windows. We had several windows and the front doors installed. We opted for double glazed and tinted, with tilt and turn windows also. The installation was completed quickly and expertly. EXCELLENT, EXTRAORDINARY WORK.Fit and finish was perfect, I work in the building industry and know good work when I see it, Art's fitters did a brilliant job, architraves and reveals were perfect, no short cuts, no gaps...perfect. Had a first class experience with the people at Art Windows, a family business that were nothing but professional and great at what they do. The windows themselves are top notch quality and Peter and his team of installers were not only fast and clean with their install, they took pains to make sure we were happy with the service they provided. And when we mistakenly chose milky glass instead of clear glass for one of our windows, they came back to show us several options for replacement glass and replaced the windows for us, charging only for the new glass. Great service. I highly recommend them if you are looking for PVC windows.

Business run by honest polish family, bit hard to get a quotation as they are always busy. But quotations are reasonable as well as they are really listen to customer requirement and try to match what customer needs. I have done my bi-folding door, sliding door and some large windows with them. Installation team leads by their son, they came early and finished the work neatly and correctly as expected. My large window required filling large gaps due to replacement window was smaller than original window. They close those gap with wood boards without any additional cost.
