Just received wonderful customer service from the lovely Georgia. I called up from Perth to see if they had a bag I wanted. It was sold out everywhere else. I was very fortunate to be told there was one on hold for someone else however, if the person didn’t show up, I was able to have it. I gave Georgia my details and she was super lovely and patient through it all. She called me back up and told me that the bag didn’t get picked up so it was all mine if I wanted! I cannot wait for my bag to arrive. Thank you so much Georgia!

Well don’t expect a hello or customer service if your into been ignored shop at this shopNo one in the shop and the two older ladies were more interested in sharing photos and talking about yachts .Just came in to get my mum a dress , I’ll go to mosman store at least they always welcome you .
