Chester White Cured Diner
The staff is great and enthusiastic. But only the octopus and sauce are amazing. (btw the spice chili is really good!! I guess they add the fish sauce) Others are fine for me. This is just my personal feeling. Maybe it's for someone else's taste.

Visiting from Italy, we ordered cacio e pepe and I asked for it to be al dente and the response was : I’ll do my best!I assume I shouldn’t expect Italian pasta it’s definitely something Australian. Very dry, cold and overcooked.The antipasto was very small for $35 but again maybe it’s how they do it in Sydney!The staff was friendly and helpful.The vibe was also nice.

I recently visited Chester White Cured Diner and I have to say, it was a delightful experience. The restaurant was cozy and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and warmth.We decided to try the famous dish, and it was simply divine (refer to pics). The flavours were perfectly balanced.The wait staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with recommendations and any special requests we had.Overall, we had a fantastic time at Chester White Cured Diner. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and enjoyable dining experience.

Great place, atmosphere is 10/10. Cured meats and pickled deliciousness was spectacular.The Cacio Pepe didn't quite hit the spot. Pasta was really over cooked. Delicious, a little like noodles sadly. One other thing was a little disappointing was that they didn't open the wine in front of us. As it was the most expensive bottle on the list, that always gives me a little concern.Don't get me wrong. The place is AWESOME. Hopefully that comes through. Will be back 100%

Food is excellent and the vibes are so cool. Such a nice place to have diner with friends.The staff is very nice.We were recommended the set menu that we took however it is not worth it as it is cheaper to take a la carte.A little disappointed that there is no option for desert.

We came here just for the cacio e pepe and it didn’t disappoint. Great portion size and flavour! For drink I got the amaretto sour and it was delicious. Staff were attentive and friendly.The venue is very small and because we booked it last minute we got seated on their outdoor kerbside tables. I feel like we didn’t get to fully experience the restaurant because of it. The inside looked nice with the open kitchen and everything.

I have been here a number of times, and continually recommend it to friends. The service is impeccable - like being in a small town bar, with amazing fresh food and friendly faces. A casual sit up drink and nibble, or the famous truffle cacio e Pepe - you cannot go wrong.We enjoyed the “feed me” option with friends one night and enjoyed every meal from the menu. It was fantastic. Will be back again and again!

Friendly service and most importantly amazing food. Great selection of wines as well. You have to get the famous cacio e pepe which is divine. The place is quite small and so it’s hard to get a table but so worth it when you do

If you have time for one meal in Sydney, this is it. We loved our experience here. The meat empanadas were the best empanadas we’ve ever had. The kingfish small plate special was also fantastic. The real star of the show is the cheese wheel pasta. It’s worth every calorie. Ask for their house made chili and add a bit to the pasta. The cocktails here are also phenomenal. We tried the spicy marg and the espresso martini. The service team was the real kicker, they are hilarious and so nice! They made the experience so fun and gave us great bar recs for after dinner. This place is tiny so definitely make a rez.
