Chadstone Toyota Service

Very happy. Although I waited 3 hrs I had a free cappuccino and a muffin. I watched a great movie in their show room and got home just in time to see the end. The windscreen wipers aren't clearing the front properly and there are some scuff marks.

Actually beginning to be a bit unbelievable how bad their service dept is. Last time I brought my car in for a service they broke something and I had to bring it back in not once but twice until they fixed it correctly. I let it go that time because mistakes happen.Now this time I get the car back from a routine service and realise it isn't running correctly at all. Very sluggish and making loud burring noise when car accelerates, do not feel comfortable driving it as something is clearly wrong. I have tried calling the service department six times and can't even get a call back, all I was told is that they are booked out for the next 10 days. So now I have gone from having a perfectly running car to a car I can't drive and who knows what is wrong/when it will be fixed. If you want to pay to have your car returned to you in worse condition and experience terrible customer service then I highly recommend this place! You will love it!

Not good this day, as I was promised car would be done at the workshop as soon as I brought it in. It was fairly hot and I had had COVID so was coughing a lot. Luckily I was able to get some water and they had a proper rest room for old people, so I was able to clean up and get cool and stop coughing. The job on the car was good but it was the waiting for an hour that was the problem.

Excellent service center team together with a very professional sales team both working together to provide a genuine & practical guide to buy an excellent product. I guess the after sales service is what made them survive in the business for decades it's so awesome don't think of going anywhere else. Well done to all at the dealership.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rude desk employees who have no manners or customer service skills if it had to save them.

Edit: got my car serviced recently and it seems like they don’t give video service inspection reports anymore.The service department was awesome from the booking process, which was done via their Facebook page, and when it was time to pick up my car, they explained all the work that has been done on the car. I was very impressed with the video service inspection report. Never encountered another dealership who does this. They were also very flexible with lending me a loan car over two days as I had a buckled rim and was deemed unsafe to drive.However, the sad part is that their planning needs serious improvement. They literally lost my car in their yard and spent almost an hour to find it! They would have received a 5 star rating but having to wait for that long is unacceptable

Incredible and delightful experience, service advisor Rwanda delivered a professional customer service from the beginning, video inspection report is amazing, well explained the service report at the end, car has been washed in an immaculate condition, highly recommend!!

I was a regular customer of them for nearly 8 years but decided not to use them any more. Very impolite desk office staff least concerned about the customer.
