Everyday Independence Central Coast

I have the pleasure (and relief) of working with Merrin Philip of Everyday Independence as my Occupational Therapist. She and I started working together in my home setting earlier this year and the help, guidance and support she has provided has already made a very real and positive difference to how I manage so many of the practical and functional aspects of living with Parkinson's Disease. She is intelligent, insightful and a joy to work beside. We identify areas of concern or particular difficulties and work out sensible, do-able, solutions together. She listens well, and comes up with varied and knowledgeable suggestions on how to make life run so much more safely and enjoyably. As needed, Merrin has provided professional, comprehensive assessment and information to those that require it (such as the NDIA) about my lived experience and needs arising from my condition. I am truly grateful for her contribution to helping me live as well as I can with my condition, and can sincerely recommend her as an OT.
