Absolutely rubbish place to buy parts off. Claims the fuel pump was “refurbished” but wouldn’t give me description on what’s been refurbished and what the warrenty is. My guess is he just gave the part a clean and is calling it “refurbished. Tossers

The product was as described and worked as expected. They spent a lot of time asking for photos and information to make sure the replacement head unit for my VW was suited to my vehicle prior to purchase. They provided great after sales support to help me trouble shoot an installation problem even providing part numbers that I needed to replace a USB connection in my car that was not compatible with Apple Car Play.

RIPPED OFF!!!! DO NOT TRUST!!!! Promised me in writing to fix my touch screen, I sent them the unit, they sent it back without the touch screen fixed and took my money. Now they deny they promised this to me even though I have it in writing. Not happy. You have been WARNED!!!!!

Originally I was impressed with AA Auto Parts but now I have serious doubts about this company.I have been waiting over 3 months to have my MIB2 headunit to be repaired which has a warranty with no date given for when this will be completed. Communication has also been poor. If I hadn’t had followed up with them, I would have no idea if my radio had arrived and what the latest status update was.Update: the owner has now decided he doesn’t feel like fixing it and honoring a warranty. BE WARNED! Price reflects quality. You will realise when your product stops working after a few months. Pay extra and get a head unit with component protection removed from someone who knows what they are doing.

I purchased a $360 VW audio unit and rear camera does not work after fitting new rear camera lens. Customer service is woeful, they do not return calls, emails or msg. Consumer action underway.

Place is a scam, they demand you pick up hours before closing times as theyre too busy " for customers. Sated are rude

Great product backed by quality service. I replaced my 2012 Skoda Fabia swing radio with new touch screen Apple carplay stereo. The unit is- great fitting- great quality / and visuals- all functions including steering wheel control are working- quite responsive.Will recommend.
