Despite seeing a total 5 different people in the last three years, I have never come across such caring and kind people who look out for their clients when a problem arises. I will never forget the care they provided for me when I had a seizure during my appointment back in November

Terrible. I would advise everyone to stay away if possible, it seems to be the dumping ground for consultants with big egos and small capabilities. They actively waste your time while acting as if they are providing world class service. I had to constantly press them to provide some assistance, and when they finally did it amounted to them calling a business from a list I provided and asking if someone can drop off a resume. In the context of assistance to gain employment that's about the bare minimum they could do. If that is all that their supposed experience and expertise amounts to they really don't deserve to have their contract renewed.
