Upon reaching the Home salon three weeks ago, I had been told off to change my pair of shoes into their slippers with her fingers pointing at the shoe rack which was placed in the corner of the salon. Poor communication. No explanation of what the procedures are. Then I was told to lie on the bed. She applied the creams on my eyebrows and went off. Waited for 20 mins. Then she returned and started to do the shape of my eyebrows without consulting me if that’s alright with me or if I liked it. It took about 10 mins and was told it’s completed. Looking at the mirror and suggested that she should apply more on my left eyebrows. She insisted that it can be done on second appointment during touch up. When the appointment came up, I’d been texted that I must the touch up is to be paid by cash. I’d not return to this home salon. Service is cold. Poor communication. No professional ettiqutte.

I wouldn't recommend having your brazilian waxing done there. I have done brazilian waxing in a lot of places so I know what to expect. The lady still used hot wax though I told her it was quite hot. Wax residues were left on my skin so when I put back my panties and jeans, it was all stuck to my skin. My panties and jeans are now ruined though I washed them. Not sure about the quality of their other services. Thanks

I recently had my first HIFU NON SURGICAL FACE LIFT. I heard my friends from Korea getting it done and I've always wanted to try it out. I am very pleased with the result. Skin under my eyes was slightly bruised at first (which is normal for this kind of procedure) but after 5 days my face had no bruising or scars from the procedure. All my friends and colleagues noticed that my skin improved so much. It was so much clear and the black-heads on my cheeck disappeared. I used to feel my face unpleasantly tightening right after washing my face, but now I don't necessarily need to apply lotion because it feels so hydrated. Althought it can be quite pricey I've recommended this procedure at The Pure Shop to my friends.

Got eyelash extensions done today. Didn't take as long as I thought it would. Overall was happy with the final result.

Eyelash Extensions; Quick and painless procedure, in sanitary conditions. However, there was no consultation on how I wanted my lashes to look in regards to length, or volume. I ended up having 'Saturday Night' lashes so they are quite dramatic and thick for daily wear. The thickness of each individual lash is about double the natural size so feel quite heavy. 6days on, i have lost a third of them. Helena (Not Philip)
