I needed to purchase an oil heater for my family member and requested it to be delivered this afternoon. It was delivered this afternoon and the delivery driver contacted me to advise that he had delivered the heater. Wanting assurance that someone was going to be home soon, before he drove away. I ordered a Morphy Richards yellow kettle with them and they agreed to post it because it was the only one left in this colour which I appreciate but then I received the kettle faulty and damaged , it wasn’t packed properly with bubble wraps to protect it during transit , it was just sent in its original box with no packaging for delivery which was very disappointing.When I contacted them they said they inspected the item before delivery and it wasn’t faulty but still I received it damaged due to improper packaging, I always order online and the items comes packaged in an external box .overall i’m Not happy with their customer service and the way they responded to my complaint.
