There was a nice lady that helped me with stamps but disappointing to stand near the register and see staff just standing there chatting while the phone has rings and rings.

Atrocious. Just go elsewhere.The self serve print kiosks are clunky and completely unusable and do not give you the touted ability to 'skip the queue'. Once I finally got my photos submitted I got no receipt (needed to start the printing process) and then the printer was out of ink.Just go elsewhere.

Went in to print one 5x7 photo for a present. Self serve photo booths were all playing up. The staffed booth was also broken. 45min trying to make a computer work after it crashed multiple times. Left without the photo.

Would rate 0 starts if possible. Called ahead to get passport photos taken for a family of 4, was told it would be fine. Got to the store, the woman checked her watch then asked how many people needed photos. After being told it was for 4 of us, she told us it was too “bright” inside and we would be “too shinny” in the light. The store has 2 windows/doors to let natural light in and coming back earlier in the day wouldn’t change a thing for the photo outcome. Very disappointed after visiting two stores beforehand.

Dear Officeworks Capalaba. See that trolley in the middle of the aisle, with a new Canon printer and 4 spare ink tanks in it? Around $550 worth? Yeah, I was the one who left it there and simply walked out. You lost that sale, I went elsewhere. No-one around to help me with a few questions I had about the printers, so I plodded my way through, Googling the answers while standing in your store. I chose the winning printer eventually, and grabbed 4 spare ink tanks. All I needed was someone to show me the right USB cable, and then to point me in the direction of SD cards. Nope. I waited. I spoke to someone but he was on his way to help another customer. I waited more, but enough was enough, and out I walked. It was not the fault of the staff on duty. It's the fault of the owner/manager. YOU NEED TO EMPLOY ENOUGH STAFF! And please don't blame it on 'unprecedented staff shortages', clearly from the other reviews I'm reading, this is your MO. My return to your store will be about as fast as your customer service... years away. See ya.

Terrible service - rude and unhelpful. Also none of the print machines were working. Can appreciate its Xmas Eve and you are busy. But there is no need to be rude.

Very polite young team, but one can see lack of experience and motivation in some team members. I just asked a question of one team member, and she while going from behind the counter told me “I am on dinner break”!!!Saying that, the rest were absolutely a pleasure to deal with! I’m sure the team will take it as a constructive feedback and improve customer experience!

I purchased a chair that comes in 2 colours. There was no blue in stock, when I purchased this online it was in stock. There is 10 chairs in the store and they won’t allow me to collect a black one and swap it, instead I have to wait 4 days. I have no chair at the office now?Was told I can’t cancel my order or refund it and pay for a black one, I just have to wait.Pretty poor customer service. Stock levels also incorrect online. I would have purchased a black one it the site told me blue was out of stock.

I've been a few times, was in tonight. I leave annoyed every-single-time! Customer service is terrible!! Staff really not interested in giving basic service. Office National Capalaba can now have our business (our office orders alot!)

Worst experience. Ordered school list for maths book- Think mental year 3 but was given Think Mental year 4. Went back to store and was told there is no any books available in store or warehouse and you are on your own. Will never order any booklist from the store.
