I booked a Jims Plumber, I requested a ballpark price for unblocking the drain due to a toilet flushing slowly. They would not give me a price and in total it was almost $850, problem is still not rectified. Also, a metropolitan van came out and I know they charge 24 seven prices all day, and I also asked about this on the phone. I was booking the service for someone on a pension with a disability on a fixed budget so was not happy that they could not give me an estimate. Then when I was trying to finish up and pay, the plumber that came out stood over me pressing buttons on my phone, basically forcing me to write a positive review which I found very intimidating- if you come out at no extra cost and actually fix the problem I will be happy to amend my review. I will also be lodging a complaint with a disability advocate about your predatory style of conducting “business”And inspection plates were not put back, I had to do when the plumber left. They came on time is the only positive thing I have to say.
