Never Never Never use this agent, they never refund you the shipping cost when they damage your goods. If any agent you can pay through paypal, then you are safe, paypal will get them refund you when the goods are damaged. This agent does not use paypal because they are cheating. You pay this agent to distroy your stuff.

I agree ZERO. They send your food and then try and charge you can extra $6000 for shipping an item that cost $2000 to ship with Tnt. They damage your goods and claims never get paid. Constantly not replying to emails or saying it’s being followed up. Never getting the money. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND KROOKS

I have never had any problems and send all my car parts through these guys. Only had a few tracking delays, but Andy is really helpful with getting the rare issues resolved. No dramas and will recommend them to everyone I can, thanks Andy.

stay away from this company,i always oversize and over weigh my parcels sent ,so i dont get hit penalty`s for parcel bigger or heavier then entered on quote,yet near two months later my credit charged penalty from this company,bad people

This is a scam! They have now changed their name to YOUR FREIGHT AGENT - because they had so many bad reviews. They took my money then charged another $71 a few weeks later saying the item was larger than quoted....it was actually less. STAY AWAY

If i could i would give this a ZERO. Have a package waiting to be picked up for over a week now have been constantly calling and emailing to get it picked up. Each time your staff tell me it will be picked up ASAP. Well that's not the case as it is still sitting with me!! Would not recommend to anyone. Terrible service
