I am very happy that I chose Jarryd at Tide Constructions to build my timber pergola. He had great reviews and was very polite, punctual and easy to talk to, which made me feel very comfortable and confident that his company would do a good job. He made sure that I was happy with the construction while it was being built and went out of his way to make sure everything was done exactly as I had asked. When the job was finished the site was thoroughly cleaned up and left tidier than it had been before they started. I would definitely recommend Tide Constructions to anyone needing an excellent builder.

After meeting with a handful of project builders and feeling like we were just a number, my wife and I met Jarryd from Tide constructions on our land at Clear Mountain. His enthusiasm for the possibilities and thoughts about what we could achieve with a new house build instantly hooked us.A little over a year later we are proud owners of a new custom built modern, and beautiful home perched on top of our hill enjoying the surroundings.From design phase to construction phase, Jarryd and his team have been fully engaged and available at every milestone. The house itself was designed by Tide and we have had many comments from friends and others asking who the Architect was, when in fact it was Jarryd’s drafting team, a true testament to their design skills.Jarryd’s in-house team and all contractors used were all great people, very honest, transparent, and enthusiastic about their individual roles throughout the build. Jarryd came to us on many occasions and suggested alternatives, not because of price point or anything like that, just because the result would be complimentary to the look being achieved but never with any undue pressure.2021 has obviously been tough on a lot of builds and I must admit I was nervous, we did have a few hiccups with material availability but Jarryd was on top of that and had solutions instantly without impacting the budget. Our Project Manager Justin Dawson was also awesome to deal with, from the many texts and phone calls I made to him or site meetings he made sure we were kept always informed.I would have no hesitation in recommending Jarryd at Tide Constructions to anyone looking to achieve their dream home, in fact, I’ve already done so to many that have asked!Very happy homeowners.Regards,Justin and Lauren.

More than a year from our handover and Tide's work remains professional and at a high standard. My husband and I are disappointed that we did not find Tide sooner. We undertake Tides’ house raising works, jobs are always well organised, payments are made on time every time. All of their staff have a thorough understanding of each project and are a genuine pleasure to work with.

Tide have recently finished 2 stage deck construction for us. It was a challenging project handled very efficiently and the results are outstanding as can be seen from the before and after photos. Friendly guys, nothing too much trouble, receptive to ideas and flexible with changes along the way.

Tide Constructions completed our double story home renovation and extension for our family home inner-city Brisbane. We interviewed about 4 builders. From meeting Jarryd Duffy, to getting the quote and 12 week schedule proposal through to hand over, Jarryd was polite, professional and super easy to get along with. Nothing was too hard for the Tide team, they were friendly, funny and courteous spending time with us explaining things or making sure minor bits suited as they went along. As promised during the quote, Tide kept to schedule and pricing stayed on budget. They even replaced our grass! We cannot recommend these guys enough to any family!!!!! My partner and I were nervous about doing such a large scale renovation with no knowledge of building especially after hearing so many horror stories from friends but as soon as we met Jarryd he put our minds at ease. Jarryd worked with us to create the home of our dreams. The whole crew at Tide were extremely friendly and professional making it easy to have them at our house each day. We couldn't have been happier with Jarryd, Jessie, and the team at Tide. We approached a number of builders with our own plans done up for a 2-storey family home on a narrow and sloping block. Jarryd was recommended to us by friends and was easily the most helpful, professional, and responsive builder we spoke to. The team started the build right on time and despite a tight 6 month window (and all the COVID and supply issues of 2021) Jarryd and Jessie went to extra lengths to ensure we completed on time and to high quality. Communication throughout the build was excellent with the team always happy to answer any questions and discuss options, and I was always kept up to date. They also provided alot of great advice and improvement ideas along the way which we now look back at and are thankful we changed. As with any build we did have a few minor issues discovered post-build, mostly with sub-contractor work in this case, but Tide were quick to come back in and arrange for these to be fixed. I believe it is very telling that we had multiple neighbours even say they liked our builders as Jessie was in touch with them, they kept the site clean, and the guys were always getting things done. Given our time again we wouldn't consider going with anyone else and have recommended Tide to many friends and even others who have knocked on our door and asked for information.
