These guys have no respect for peoples time. I called up to confirm they did factory LPG servicing, asked multiple times on the phone call to confirm and they said they did. When I arrived they straight up knew they could not do it. It was the owner I spoke to who didn't seem to care, he said sorry just to try and get out of it. If they respected other peoples time they would have called me before hand so I would have organised something else and not wasted my time brining in a car and organising a pick up.

An honest mechanic who was able to fix my car for rego in a couple of hours. Actually showed me exactly what was wrong underneath the car and also pointed out things that would need fixing or replacing in the next few months

Absolutely hopeless, wouldn't trust bird automotive! Got a pink slip done, they failed it, so asked for a quote to get fixed. 2 days later and a bunch of phone calls and still can not get an answer. The last phone call he said he actually forgot about it!! Finally asked what parts it was and called another mechanic, got a price over the phone in 2 mins. Thanks for absolutely nothing bird automotive!! Your service is unbelievably terrible!

Went in for an LPG tune. Car was running fine when I got there. Drove away with a huge misfire, claims he did nothing to it but still took my money.
