After comparing price and quality with few other shops, i bought a cistern from here, but I mixed up the measurements as an amateur/DIY person and I had to go back. They refunded helpfully. This is one of the rare places these days with such a good customer service, front desk people offer sincere help. For future plumbing needs, i will go back there without searching for other options.
