Shell Coles Express Bayswater (WA)

Absolutely disgusting customer service by the lady at Coles Express Bayswater. I went in today to buy some groceries on the go and decided to pick up an iced coffee before shopping and there were no cups available so I had to ask the lady for cups. She went to the back and grabbed a punch of cups and squashed them towards her stomach so she can carry as much as she can but that’s not the issue.The issue is when I opened the plastic film on the cup and pressed iced coffee on the machine the cup started leaking from the side. And when I told the same lady who brought the cups she immediately said that’s my fault and that I squeezed on the cup and the cup is too fragile because it’s cold and that I should put it in a hot coffee cup even when half the liquid is gone.I told her the cup is leaking all over and almost all liquid is gone and she immediately (even before I finish talking) said that she can allow me to open a new cup but she needs to charge me for the leaking iced cup even when the cup got crushed because she squashed a punch of cups together so she can carry them to the fridge.Blaming customers immediately for something like is disgusting and feels like a scam and she is just trying to charge customers money for a leaking cup that she broke because of the way she handled the cups. Never ever that I will recommend this Coles Express to anyone and I will instead go to 7 Eleven in Bassendean which is 1 minute away from this station served by a person who doesn’t like their job and want customers to run away from coming to the service station. First and last time ever here. Period.

Very rude approach towards customers.Staff name : SandraHope behave next time.No price tags on pies stuff and when I asked didn’t replied as doesn’t care. I Asked her that is she ok? Replied very arrogantly.Well the best spinach ricotta I always look for is here must try!

It's ok just a average service station.no coles instant coffee

There is no Shell here at all - only Bunnings. I nearly ran out of petrol trying to find this petrol station that doesn't exist! Please delete!!!

Good service and lots of pumps available including hiflow diesel pumps for trucks.Also they have adblue at the pump which as of Dec 2021 price is $1.00 per litre.Also sell adblue by the 10litre container for $34.00 as of Dec 21.Can use your shell fuel discount card or accepts coles .4cents litre off vouchers

Better get your system checked. There were occasions where my flybuys not being able to register at the counter. Didn't happen elsewhere except here.

Lovely ladies in the morning and gents in the evening - quick turnover of food products and a coffee machine that works! Yay!

Toilets have been unavailable or out of order for a very long time and this is unacceptable.

I have never come across rude staff members as in this place. The 2 old ladies that work here have no respect whatsoever for customers, they use to shouting at people and I'm sorry to say that but if you have a miserable life you don't have to come to work to shame customers.Never coming back in this place, if I could I would give -5
