I rang for an emergency after hours left a message but did not get a return call twice this has happened not happy as you are my primary vet thank you

Went there for an ovary scan and a swab before my mare was going to a stallion. Appointment got forgotten so I waited...nearly 1.5hrs. Then vet came scanned, said is in heat, did swab and left. The young lady told me I would get a message with bank details to transfer $180 that night.Days later I got an invoice for $242. I called to ask why so much more and was told I got charged a small consultation fee of $60..He must have talked to me to get the history of my mare....nope. there was no conversation at all, in and out within minutes. I asked if I could at least get the test results send to me.....not happy at all!Lucky there are other vet clinics around

The staff friendly and never rush you in and out. Earlier in the year we had to say goodbye to our red cattle dog after 14.5 years. The staff caring and understanding. Below is my new dog. He is getting to know the staff now.

Awesome vets and nurses totally happy with there service and my mare has a wonderful new home thanks team and they have vetpay which is awesome if your penny pinching

To be truthful , When I first rang regards a product for a horse , the receptionist I felt everything was an effort to do anything , I rang 2 more times before driving to the hospital , the 3rd time she hung up in my ear.I was in Toowoomba at the time , and i was referred to Oakey Veterinary Hospital,Via a Veterinary service in Toowoomba.This is no reflection on the vets /personnel behind the scenes, I believe first impressions when you contact someone is lasting , the receptionist was blunt and rude.I don't think I will be going back there anytime soon.Selwyn Reichle.

Said my dog had severe heart and lung disease. Cost me $400. Got 2nd opinion. He didn't. He had stomach problems.
