As an ex ADF member I found them to be one of the best removal services to deal with. They were prompt with their arrival times and always kept me in the loop, and every came off the truck into the desired rooms in quick time.They didn't muck around at all and I really appreciate their hard work.

Moving with Royal Sydney Removals was the WORST MOVE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! (and I've moved 8 times in the last 10 years).I was quoted for 1 truck/1 load, then the day before the move was told it would require 2 loads because of my patio furniture?I was not happy but accepted this.One of my criteria was also to deal directly with Royal Sydney Removals and not a SUB-CONTRACTOR. They sent me a sub-contractor. The sub-contractor's behaviour was less than favourable, they did not complete the move in two loads, and I had to get another company to come in and do the third load because I did not want those men back in my home.Also, the truck was not packed properly, there were big voids and the sub-contractor offered to UNDERCUT RSR if he could do the third load himself.Lastly, the boxes were clearly marked G for Ground floor and 1 for the first floor. They dumped all the boxes together on the ground floor, which left me (with a back injury), having to carry boxes up the stairs.When attempting to discuss my concerns with this organisation they were EXTREMELY DEFENSIVE and SHUT ME DOWN.If you want a move experience that is not traumatic and stressful, then I would advise you to look elsewhere.

We moved from Sydney to Brisbane everything was somth and picked and delivered on time very happy with service highly recommended.

I moved today with Mick and Nick and it was seamless and super fast. Such a fantastic customer experience from the time of the quote through to the completion of the move. Super helpful, no fuss and got everything here in one piece. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Michael was incredible in his handling of everything. He was extremely kind, efficient, accommodating and made our move so much easier than we were expecting. Will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know.

The team at royal made it very easy for us to book. They took every detail down of our move and quoted us accordingly. The service itself provided was amazing we paid for a premium service got our items picked up on time and dropped off around the estimated time frame that was provided to us. Stress free move, will definitly recommend.

From the first phone with Ella to the final box and goodbyes to Mark and Michael- it was a pleasure to have them move my belongs from Wentworth Point to Caringbah. Prompt, Hard working, Friendly. and very strong! Great communication and care was given. Would definitely use Royal's Services again.

Shockingly poor quality service, items arrived quickly, but after being asked to sign off goods before I had a chance to check everything, after they left, found a bedroom mirror placed in a room with broken glass all over the floor, also damage to my own property whilst moving in items. Tried to contact company numerous times, to basically just be dismissed or no follow up call from management. Removalists were careless & slap happy, didn’t care about items. Extremely disappointed in lack of customer service & follow up post removal.The incident is still unresolved & un acknowledged as no one from the company has gotten back to me as promised each time I have called.

DISAPPOINTED, NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE THIS COMPANY. We engaged this company to move our house. The first interaction of the booking was great but after that communication was terrible. Couldn't find out what time they would arrive even on the day. They eventually turned up at 8pm at night!Be careful they only packed half of our stuff with a big void in the middle of the truckthey left the racking our two mowers, table, metal cabinet all which was listed.After all this we wanted to dust our hands of this company and just requested our receipt. 4 weeks since we paid in full we are still chasing the receipt.
