Fresco cheese is a great local cheese company that offers a wide variety of tasty cheeses. The workers are so friendly and their customer service is impeccable. I tried many types and all tasted so fresh and turned out amazing in my dishes. Who doesn’t love fresh tasty cheese? I suggest switching from your super market to shopping locally.The halloumi was a winner in my house, feta paired well with any salad and the mozzarella was used on pizza night and bruschetta! Love love love. Thanks again guys

Absolutely great cheese. You can actually go to the factory and buy direct if you wish. Call ahead to make sure they have exactly what you want available. They'll normally do their best to get it for you.Hidden gem of the Burleigh community!
