It's very important we have the reliable agent managing our property especially we are not local. We would love to recommend it to family or friends.

Couldn’t imagine a company outting someone’s legal name and their apparent owing amount online is too legal but pop off Miss Rose, you’re really ruining any reputation Mitch’s company has left huh. That review reply speaks volumes as to how unprofessional the company is and how much Rose will lie and manipulate a situation to make sure her name stays clear. Disgusting but very on brand.

Friendly warm team customer service over the phone at all times was directed to the right department! never had to wait no less than a day for a call to be returned! Overall I have never dealt with Perth Property Solutions and found them to be very efficient professional and thier friendliness was a A+. I certainly do and will recommend Perth Property Solutions to anyone great experience thank you again Rose a pleasure.

If I could give 0 stars I would.After being a perfect tenant with them for 3 years my daughter and I were evicted in the middle of a rental crisis, coincidentally after making a complaint against Miss Rose Marie Houghton.Rose is unprofessional and rude, I had assumed she’d targeted me due to being young but after reading other reviews I realise a lot of people have had the same type of situation/s with her. I made a complaint to the owner of the real estate, that complaint ended up getting forwarded to Miss Rose herself and there were no consequences to her disgusting actions.Instead my rent was raised and a month later I was kicked out of my rental property after my lease was up, I begged for more time as I couldn’t find another place due to the living crisis and was scared I’d face homelessness and lose my job as a result— I was given a week to be out and then sent a court hearing.My daughter and I ended up having to move back home to NSW after building a life here for four years, everything we owned gone, my daughter having to change schools and me having to quit my job all because Rose couldn’t get off her high horse. Very awful real estate and I hope that no one ever has to go through what I did.

I regards to your reply to Lai Daniels... this is a really unprofessional response you should be ashamed of outing someones personal financial owings publicly that is disgusting, this really just reinforces their review of your business. Also using someones name like that? because they wrote an honest review of their experience with your company? Extremely unprofessional and childish what kind of business replies to a review like that. you guys really just 1 starred yourselves with that response.

I've been renting with Perth Property Solutions for over three years. And they've been great to me, in particular Serena (who has been my Property manager) Serena has been nothing but a delight to deal with. She has been enthusiastic, fair and and an all round pleasure to communicate and deal with! I have no hesitation in giving Serena and PPS a five star rating!

Serena Shaw is an absolute superstar! Throughout our tenancy with her she has been fantastic, very responsive to all messages and just a downright pleasure to deal with. Just recently we were needing to find another rental due to our current being sold, and we were feeling the stress of having to move and worried we wouldn't be able to find another house in such a tough market. She was on the ball from day 1 and went out of her way to help us secure another property with her agency. I've had multiple property managers over the years and she is by far the best! Looking forward to remaining tenants with such a great company in the years ahead and highly recommend her to both landlords and tenants alike.
