Worst people to deal with! Contacted the person in charge regarding a faulty Tailgate receiver that was installed by them only 8 months ago, they did not even want to fix or try and resolve the problem, instead hanging up on me when I contacted them, and the owner cursing on the phone. The worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time not to mention they are rip off compared to other Electrical services.

S & S Auto Electrical were so helpful. Even though they had big trucks in the workshop; my little car was fixed with a smile and no fuss. The repair process was explained to me and the broken parts shown to me after the work was completed. I really liked that.

I was given a time of 10am and i told them fine as I'd be there 8.30-9am. They turned up at 8.30am rang the wrong number and left. I was there at 8.40am. They had no interest in rebooking.

Rang at 9am on a Monday morning, they said bring the car in and they would do it as soon as they could. They had re-gassed the airconditioner and rang 3 hours later to say it was ready. Very professional service with a last minute booking. Cost was reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very rude, when I called for a rough quote told me to do it my self and hung up on me, I also heard from a friend it’s a rip off and dodgy!!
