We've been Chemist Warehouse customers for years however, recently, when in Rosebud, we dropped into the Direct Chemist Outlet just opposite the jetty and I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised. Then on Sunday on our way back from Costco we I saw outlet in Cheltenham which is good to know as they do have a good selection of products and at very competitive prices. It's a busy location but they do have a car park at the back and they're open til late (10pm).

Came in store today and received both my covid and flu vax from a lovely pharmacist Romi. She provided the most painless injection I have ever received and her smile is infectious. Will gladly return!

On this occasion served by a very rude staff member- Emily.No greeting on counter, or transaction, in fact the sales member said absolutely nothing.Prior to casually strolling the the service area, it was obvious two customers were waiting - there was no urgency and she could simply not care less.Very poor, the kid behind me got the same cold pathetic award winning service.Convenient if it is late at night, otherwise don't bother.

Joseph and the entire team, including the Australia post team have been fantastic. We've received wonderful care and service for many years now.Would be nice to see shorter queues in the Australia post section. Maybe prioritizing lodge-n-go customers would shorten the queue and make things quicker?

Being open on a Sunday night is a godsend! The young pharmacist was so very helpful & gladly answered all my questions. Was thoughtful and kind, as to was the young lady working on the register. So thankful that they are open, all days, until 10pm, as you never know (especially this winter) when you or a loved one will get sick!! Thank you for your help

Wow, what a great chemist, so much better than most out there. My husband went to the Cheltenham store needing help with a problem because all the medical centres were closed and Joanne, one of the Pharmacist's there, was very helpful and knowledgeable and steered my husband in the right direction by actually listening, caring and having the expert experience to give him the correct medicine he needed to cure the problem. Joanne was very friendly, helpful and professional. The owner is also a lovely man who is very professional and runs a wonderful chemist that my husband and I recommend very highly.
