One of the few places you could get a good Greek souvlaki for $12 instead of paying the now gone Jimmy grants $17. Haha hope this place stays! The food is really yummy!

They serve souvlaki in the traditional way so no lamb, just chicken and pork. We ordered the pork and chicken platter which came with chips and pita breads and it turns out delicious. I particularly enjoy the chicken and the chips tasted good and crispy as well. The tzatziki and kalimera sauce is perfect! Highly recommend to share as the portion can be quite big for women. Decent price!

My first time being here, everything was just average to me. Their menu is quite simple and straightforward, mainly souvlaki and wraps.I ordered a pork platter and the pork was quite salty and dry. The proportion of food was good, but I got tired chewing the meat as it was too tough, plus the dipping sauces was a bit salty.

Ordered a lamb skewer souvlaki with a side of chips. Hot and delicious. Realised wanted falafel and asked for a side of falafel and they were more than happy to do that as well. Service was out of this world. Five stars!

Great Souvlaki restaurant. Certainly one of the best and most reputable Greek restaurant in Oakleigh.Friendly staff and owner.Pork and chicken gyros were tasty, especially the pork one, which was juicy and much better than Meat Me.The original Cretan Dakos Salad was tasty too.Lots seats available, busy shop and simple menu attached.Highly recommended! Worth a try!

One of the best souvlakis I have had in Melbourne. Gets very busy on a weekend evening so get in there early. We got here 6pm on Saturday and just managed to miss the mad rush hour. Orders were quick and they lots of staff working. We ordered the Gyros Chicken souvlaki and platter version. Both very filling and delicious. Very authentic. Best with chippies inside the souvlaki

Update: Visited here after quite some time, over a year. The Chicken Platter was very filling with lots of meat. The salad serving is sliced tomato. The meat was okay, we were in a group of 8 and most thought it was dry. The service was very good at the counter and the lady was very friendly.Not bad. Nothing to be excited about, but not bad. Would i go here again? Maybe. Souvlaki is jam packed with chips which means you lose out on the actual meat. I wish i knew before i ordered the extra side of chips. The chips on their own were crisp and nice, however the chips inside the souvlaki were not so nice.

I come from Port Melbourne to experience the pork souvlaki here it’s that good. After trying this place yourself you’ll only have one problem, you’ll be kicking yourself for eating souvlaki anywhere else in the past. There is no better, second to none, number one!

Delicious food, reasonable prices. Service was quick, no complaints. Visited on a weekday night, so there was no queue. The meat was tender and juicy.
