We have had a fantastic experience choosing and designing our dream first home with mincove. The staff have gone above and beyond to make the process so fun, exciting and have supported us through the process. Not many people can say they have had a home building company pick them up carpet samples from a supplier because we couldn’t get to the display centre during business hours. It’s the little things like this that are actually big things to us as first home buyers as we feel they personally help each of their clients to demonstrate the high quality of mincove homes.We have currently just had our slab poured and we can’t wait for the building to start. Right from the outset we knew that Mincove Homes was going to be our choice of builder. The flexibility with designing our home was a definite tick, and the inclusions are very high end with a great deal of choice available. We wanted some particular inclusions in our home, and Mincove always went above and beyond to ensure they met our expectations. I am yet to commence my build with Mincove and my early impressions of them are pretty positive .Jaisson Grassato has been dealing with my project so far and he has been professional with his services . Mincove was able to adjust the design of my house to suit the block . I have been impressed by their ‘ selections’ process which although is a day long it’s systematic and the whole process is explained clearly . For first home buyers it is in my opinion an essential step as it simplifies days of research and is well managed . So far jaisson and his team in Mincove have been spot on . I will be adding a review mid way and in the end to be fair on them and readers alike .

My partner and I are currently in the early stages of building with Mincove and we could not be happier with the process and flexibility of the team.Jaison has been incredibly helpful in laying out the process in a way that has removed the stress and confusion from it all. The thought of building our 1st home on our new block of land was so overwhelming but, regardless we started on our journey with a visit to both the display homes at Calderwood & Shellcove. From the minute we walked into the Mincove display home we knew this was the quality home we desired. The consultant Lesley was a pleasure to deal with and was so informative, we felt comfortable straight away with her and we decided Mincove was the one. Our home is a custom build so, we knew it would take a bit of work to relay the home we had in our minds. Each time our prelim plans arrived, we were straight in to discuss with Lesley. With every change we made and there were quite a few believe me, it was never a problem. After the 6th prelim plan we were ready to go. Selection day came around and that too was a day that I was dreading as I can be so indecisive. We met with Alana who straight away assured us it will be fine. We really couldn't have got through the day without her expertise and guidance with helping us choose absolutely everything that we needed to start the build of our new home. Even as of today I have made a couple of further requests and Alana has been more than accommodating. Plans are in council and we now await the next part of our journey. We are so happy with the process so far and the attentiveness we have received from everyone we have dealt with at Mincove and are so confident we will be back here on this same site reviewing how beautiful our home is wen it is completed next year.
